Hotel is situated on a hilltop in Varos village and has views of the surrounding area. It is also close to Kotsinas beach. But you do need a car to get around. It would be difficult to get to the hotel without one. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff are very nice friendly people. We had many conversations with them and they all made us feel at home. It was very pleasant place to stay

We loved everything about this amazing hotel. The hosts are the most amazing couple. They provided us with a truly exceptional holiday experience with a stunning room, amazing breakfasts and room snacks when we were exhausted. One of the best places we have ever stayed.

Everything exceeded our expectations - to start with the rooms, you can see a lot of effort was put into designing and building these villas, everything looks and feels very high quality and we missed nothing during our stay there. Then the breakfast - for most of our summer vacations we are used to just having a quick breakfast and quickly going to the beach, but not here - each and every morning the friendly and welcoming guys and girls from the staff were waiting for us with their big smiles, ready to make our day better since the start! They shared so many stories about the island and suggested cool places to visit, that it completely changed our experience. The breakfast itself was so delicious, all the food is freshly made at the moment, and I understand most of it comes from their own farm nearby, even the eggs! I'm a big egg lover and I can say it tasted so much better than what we get in the city. Whatever we needed during our stay, there was always someone ready to deliver and we felt so much comfortable and taken care of.
The kitesurfing school is also very well organized, their equipment was almost brand new and the instructors knew what they are doing. I'm already an advanced kitesurfer, but my wife took a few lessons and we're very happy with the progress she made, overall we're definitely coming back again next summer, there is so much more left to see in Limnos and this flat kite spot is very suitable for learning new tricks and progressing.

Recently completed extensive renovation.
Host was incredibly hospitable leaving us with lots of refreshments, fruit and snacks.

The room was so small, we could barely move to go to the bathroom. There was no balcony.
The room was at the second floor. Everytime someone would close the front door downstairs or climb the staircase, the room was shaking, as an earthquake was taking place!
But the worse of all was that the third night, because of the rain, the roof was leaking and our things that were near the wall were all wet. When I called the person responsible and explained the situation, he said that he was sorry, but there was nothing he could do and that he would fix the damage in October!!! I tried contacting Booking, they responded the next day, sending impersonal apologies and asking for evaluation. We left the room the next day, although we have booked for four more nights, which were of course charged, like we were there. Noone from the room was ever bothered to call.
