Location is excellent. View of the harbor is excellent. Off street parking is great. Breakfast was good. Staff is wonderful. Very good steel and glass shutters at the balcony. Balcony is a pleasure.

We were a little mystified at breakfast,as we were the only customers, and it wasn't a buffet. The waitress turned up about 10 minutes late, so we were trying to get into a locked room. When she turned up we expected maybe fresh rolls , coffee and ham/ ham etc. what she brought us was coffee ,juice, butter and cake and jams. Then disappeared , so I went and asked for milk. She brought milk , then a toasted ham & cheese sandwich, then after another 5 minutes a boiled egg apiece. In the end it was a good breakfast, but a menu presented at the beginning would have cleared up our expectations.
