This is not a three-star establishment. We booked a sea view room. The room was not a sea view room. The description of the room was supposed to have a living room. Instead, we had two twin beds in the kitchen/dining area. The bathroom was basic with really bad soap. The cheapest one you could find - did not foam at all. The WIFI did not work at all. We had to call the manager many times. The TV did not work. The manager could not fix it. This is a basic one—or two-star hotel apartment. I was very disappointed with both the room and the misleading description on Book.com.

Great room and overall hotel facilities! The staff was also very friendly! In addition to bath towels, the room included towels for the beach/jacuzzi and bathrobes which was a nice touch. Would definitely visit again.

Gorgeous, comfortable and spacious across from a beautiful, long beach to walk and swim in. Attentive and warm staff. They celebrated my birthday with champagne and strawberries! The bar was open and the Greek hospitality was flowing. Warm, affable and helpful staff. Linens, finishings and layout were all comfortable and elevated.

Captain's House is a unique beautiful traditional building, situated just above the sea with a magnificent view.

Hotel is at a restored olive mill once associated with Arkadi Monastary. Stayed in Olive Mill Suite. Beautiful landscaping and fresh food. Authentic Cretan experience, staff very attentive, quiet place to disconnect. Nice cats at breakfast.
