Facing the beachfront, Surf Hotel offers 2-star accommodation in Vasiliki and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden and shared lounge.

Surf Hotel, in particular, and Vasiliki, in general, is the ideal place for active water sports lovers. In the morning, when the sea water is calmer, we were able to swim leisurely, as well as in the afternoon, when the wind picks up, making it easier for surfers. It's just that the wind was blowing up fine particles from the very salty water. The hotel has a parking lot in the inner courtyard, cars are safe. We had access to the sunbeds with umbrellas located on the grassy beach, as well as by the pool. We stayed in the double room with balcony and side sea view, equipped with absolutely everything we needed. I got the hair dryer, which was not in the bathroom, from the reception. Daily cleaning is ensured by the very kind and discreet staff. In fact, the entire staff of the hotel with whom I interacted at the restaurant, bar, reception, was a 10. The breakfast, included in the price, was more than sufficient, the Swedish buffet being organized in repeated cycles of three days. A place where we will definitely return with pleasure!

Big room and large balcony. Good breakfast We have been coming here since 1986, when the owner was only 15. He took over from his father and has made great improvements to this place. It hosts a windsurfing company The town of Vassiliki is a charming port with many restaurants and good quality tourist shops. You can get a ferry to Cefalonia Lots of bike rides. The restaurant serves very good food, too.

Right on the famous Vasiliki Beach, Akroyiali Studios features air-conditioned studios with a furnished balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea. Restaurants and seafront cafés are within 100 metres.

Great location, near the port and best restaurants, very clean rooms, they changed the towels everyday and cleaned everything. Breakfast was very good and the host was very kind. Really recommend this place.

Just 150 metres from the beach at Vassiliki Bay in Lefkada, the 3-star Hotel Odyssion offers free Wi-Fi, a pool with hot tub and free, private parking.

We had an amazing stay at Odyssion hotel. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have to mention delicious breakfast, especially homemade sweets and cakes every morning, very good coffee too. Big thanks to cleaning service. The room was perfectly clean every single day ! Spacious room with big balcony, hot water in the shower, beautiful surroundings and perfect location. Beach just across the street, groceries, restaurants and beautiful harbor of Vasiliki just few minutes by walk. I can only recommend this hotel !! Big thanks to the staff of this lovely hotel for making our holiday very enjoyable. Would love to come back again one day !

Vassiliki Bay Hotel is 70m from Vassiliki beach, 30 minutes from the beaches on Lefkada such as Porto Katsiki 20 min., Agiofili 10 min, Egremni beach and Gialos 30 min.

Owners are very friendly and helpful. They will help you with everything. You will feel here like your grandparents house. We like this pleasant atmosphere. Hotel is near by centre, very good position. There is free parking places in front of hotel, they are on the road. It is difficult to have it. The hotel looks big, but there is a lot of rooms. So the rooms are small, very small. There is bathroom with toiletteries. Room is very small, normal bed, narrow wardrobe, small fridge. Between wardrobe and bed is only few cm. We have 2 big luggage and have problem with it. But we have big terrace with table and chairs. We like the sea view. There is a restaurant in front of hotel, where was live music almost every evening. We sit here until midnight. Hotel has swimming pool across the street with sunbeds, umbrellas. During our stay there were nobody in the pool. Breakfast - every day you can choose something for eat. It is not big selection, but good for Greece. One type of ham, cheese, sausages, bread in egg, jam, butter, greek yoghurt, some cut fruit, boiled eggs, olives, tomatoes, cucumber. Some swieties, 2 juice and coffee - not from automat, it is not so good.

Featuring a patio with mountain views, an infinity pool and a garden, Aegli can be found in Vasiliki, close to Vasiliki Beach and 3 km from Vasiliki Port.

Such a stunning view the apartment and the whole place has. We were in the studio apartment which was spacious with balcony. The area was quite remote and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this accommodation.

    There are great restaurants and shops There is one place for desserts that is amazing . Jo MIil is the name They make only waffles and have the best ice cream There are a lot of options for water sports , cruising The beach is with stones and you can rent sun beds and umbrellas for a convenient price between 10 and 15 euros Overall it`s a great place to stay I would recommend Ammos and Thalassa Close to the beach, great view, the hosts are amazing. Everything is spot on there

    Great harbour side restaurants.

    Great harbour side restaurants. Pondi Beach just around the other side of the bay is sandy, perfect for swimming and three good restaurants on the beach. Vasiliki is easy to get around. Everything is within walking distance. Loads of watersports available. Place has a very laid back atmosphere and the rest of Lefkada is well worth exploring. Or get the ferry (1 hour 15 minutes) over to Fiskardo on Kefalonia. Vasiliki has become our favourite later summer place. Fourth visit and we'll return.

    This is a great little town for restaurants, shops, and the beautiful location. If you want to try or love windsurfing or catamaraning this is the place. Great to stroll around. Lots of little markets for everything you need. Great variety of shopping. Try Vagelaras, Patio, Alex’s and Pondi. Be cautious of some of the restaurants on the marina front - poor value and service.

    In September, Vasiliki is quiet, chilled and everything is still open but apparently, is very busy and lively July/August. Plenty of wind surfing, snorkelling. paddle boarding and diving from which to choose or car and bicycle hire are also available. Daily direct ferries from the harbour to Fiskado (Kefalonia); for a visit or onward journey. Plenty of good sea food restaurants around the harbour, in the town and on Ponti beach (sandy) which is a fifteen minute walk around the bay from Vasiliki beach (pebbles). A visit to Lefkada Town (an hour away by bus for about 3 euros) can be reached travelling through some wonderful scenery.

    My first review where i gave the property 1 Star(1 Smiley...

    My first review where i gave the property 1 Star(1 Smiley Face) was based on my initial impression of the property when we arrived. We were greeted by an extremely friendly Manager Stellios who seemed to be run off his feet and the only person trying to do "everything"-run the Bar ,man the Reception, answer multiple questions from guests etc.etc. When we arrived in the room the toilet roll was falling off the wall,the light in the bathroom was not working and the sink plug was jammed. l went down stairs and asked Stellios if he could kindly be able to fix the problems with the room-he told me he would get on it right away and over the next few days(3 days) they were gradually fixed. My review was based on the problems with the room,NOTHING else. The room was extremely clean and tidy and the staff were super friendly. l think Stellios an extremely likable and friendly guy but he needs a dedicated Reception person to book guests in and handle any inquiries or concerns they may have-basically he is overworked and trying to do everything at the detriment of his wonderful Hotel. It is for the reasons above i am amending my initial initial review to 4 Stars from the original 1 Star.

    Really liked the layout of the town.

    Really liked the layout of the town. I liked the wide paved pathway along the seafront. Very pleasant to stroll along, particularly in the evening. A good selection of restaurants and bars. Really good location for those who like windsurfing or other watersports as there is a pleasant breeze. Beautiful mountains all around. Some amazing beaches nearby -Porto Katsiki, can be reached by car or boat, Efimea can only be reached by boat . Both have shale and sand . You need to bring your own sun shade very few facilities on the beach.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the surf hotel in Vasiliki. Everyone who worked there went beyond their way to be friendly, helpful and welcoming - with great tourist info Vicky, Spiros and Nicole. Brilliant location that’s a stones throw away from the beach, nice pool and bar that makes great mornings coffees and lovely evening cocktails. Great value room with fridge, air con and WiFi. Breakfast was good too. Would really recommend and can’t thank the team enough for such a wonderful stay!

    Great location with amazing view to the bay. The bay itself is quite windy so nice choice to sea sports and a bit cooler than other part of the island or Greece itself (which is positive during hot summer). There is a regular cleaning service every day (like in every hotel), so it is positive, cleaning staff is very friendly. Pool water has super quality, great choice for those ones who do not like to swim in the sea all day. Busy area is 20-30 minutes by walk, so absolutely feasible.

    The hotel was in a great location on Pondi Beach at Vassiliki. Sun lounges were provided for free. It was close to all the water activities and restaurants and the walk to Vasiliki was enjoyable. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the sweets provided with our coffees were always delicious. The host was always helpful and friendly and we would highly recommend the Hotel for a beach holiday.

    The hotel was nice and clean, good location in Vasiliki which is perfect if you are looking for a quiet holiday. Most famous beaches of the island are not too far. The owners are lovely and welcoming people, always there to help if needed.
