Groznjan is a wonderful old hilltop village dating back many hundreds of years. The apartment is only a few minute's walk from the car parks outside the pedestrianised village. The apartment is not huge but had everything needed for two people staying there. The patio is what really sets this apart though. There are views over the Istrian hills and valleys and it is a perfect spot to sit and relax. Valentina is a fabulous host who made us feel most welcome.

The best thing about this place was dinner: we had truffles and it was just amazing. It is a very handy place where to stay while visiting the Motovun area (easy to reach and with a big parking). The room was big and confortable, Nice breakfast.

The location was very good, at the main entrance of Grisignana, in front of the sunset. There is a small kitchen so you can eat at home, good because in low season there weren't open restaurants .

Excellent value for money and great location not far from Groznjan - Carlo couldn't have been more accommodating and welcoming, he helped us set up the barbecue even though we cycled in quite late, and even gave us a bottle of his homemade wine. He's a chief.

The location of the property was excellent, while the host was firendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the price was unbeatable for this busy and desirable town. Free parking is available for guests, which is a true luxury for Grožnjan.
