Great location, close to the port which makes transferring to the Mentawais very easy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They offer laundry, breakfast was decent.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The place itself is quirky, but fun. My bathroom was large and partly open to the sky - but it worked well and I liked it. The location is great. A short walk from the seafront and the river.

The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. I am actually so impress with Padang's people hospitality. They are so welcoming its makes me feel so bad😅😅. The room is nice and the environment is very peaceful. The food ia good. Tea and coffee served in the cafe is sooo good I forgot to ask and buy some to take home.

Beds and pillows very good. We got a good night's sleep. Nice view on both sides. Quiet on the east side, only a parking lot. Everything worked. Central aircon. Clean. All as it should be for the price.

I selected the property as the advert advised they could provide useful Tour information. This is -NOT - the case and is a Con!. The receptionist also hardly can communicate.. requiring extensive use of Google Translate. The Room lacked - Toilet Paper, Drinking Water. The bathroom has degraded plumbing -the Tap handle fell off. The Sink has no running water, the shower is a cold water shower and sprays water all around the tiny shower/ toilet area. I do not recommend this property -mainly because the management is careless and never sorted the issues described above which are not difficult to address - I have the impression the management & owners can provide a mediocre sub standard service .. simply as they can get away with it with impunity. I was surprised by the many positive reviews about this Property which makes me wonder about credibility of Booking.Com:( .. The Lesson is do not be fooled by positive reviews..
