The Managemnet assigned the room for us on the 5th floor together with a big wedding group
All night kids were running screaming knocking on our door
There was so much noise and we couldn’t sleep.
I went down to reception area and complained to the duty manager who didn’t care.

It was one of the best breakfast we've had, a lot of options on local food and the Christmas cookies was the best!
Hotel staffs from check in, room boy, restaurant were helpful and always smile.
Room, bathroom and toilet are clean. Water runs fine for wash dishes and shower. Free drink water is so good.
