Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Rumah Luwih Bali and Spa Bali offers accommodations in Gianyar, 0.7 mi from Bali Safari & Marine Park.

the staff were amazing and the property is quiet, the gardens and ornamental lake are beautiful. The rooms are very well laid out and the ambience of a bygone era in an old colonial house is quite special. The infinity pool is lovely and the terrace for breakfast is perfect.

The villa was wonderfully clean and well-maintained, with a nice view of the adjoining rice paddy. As a nature lover, the nocturnal wildlife was a constant source of excitement. The hosts were absolutely lovely, and a highlight of the stay.

Everything was perfect, especially the kindness of everyone from the staff. Special thanks to the Resort manager Mr. Purnama, we had a long conversation about different aspects (Culture, food, weather…) Recommend for those who want to spend their honeymoon in Bali.

Surrounded by gardens, Nirmala Guest House Surf Keramas is located at Keramas Beach, Gianyar. It features bungalows with a private entrance and a cable TV.

We traveled to visit our son in Bali. He is a surfer. Though the immediate area is not a traditional Bali tourist area, we had an amazing time visiting Nirmala! We stayed in the three-bed guest house which was immaculate, spacious, and had an upstairs view of neighboring rice paddies, the ocean, and Pineida Island. A short walk down a dirt road to a world-renown surf break got us to the black sand beach which was good for walking, seeing sunrise and sunsets, and to access a couple local food spots in Keramas Komune Hotel surf club and (especially) Locas beachfront restaurant. Seeing the local duck farmer walk his flock to and from the river on the beach twice a day is priceless. We also got amazing and cheap massage at Nirmala and the Surf club. We ate frequently at the small open air restaurant at Nirmala. The food (Mei Goereng and Satay especially) were excellent, the Bintang beer was served in ice cold mugs, and the staff was as helpful and attentive as anywhere we’ve been. The two pools on grounds and the several raised fish pond pagodas gave us a zen-like feel and place to play cards and relax in off surf hours. We used the Grab app for rides to a nearby waterfall, a ‘night market’, and a larger indoor and outdoor day market to shop and immerse in the local area which is replete with friendly and honest people and artisanship- wood carving, colorful sarongs were among the things we saw that amazed us. The staff and stay at Nirmala were exceptional and, especially if you’re seeking a surf-based stay in Bali (not far from the Denpasar airport), you should visit this little gem. We would definitely return.

There are quite a few places to stay in the area.

There are quite a few places to stay in the area. High end ones like Kommune and Desa Swan Villas are incredible but some of the more budget ones are almost as good. Make sure you eat at one of the beachside warungs. Great quality, freshly cooked food at amzing prices. You might get a bonus duck parade if you time it right!

Unfortunately, the reception staff are not flexible in dealing, the housekeeping knock on the tools and doors forcefully in corridor without taking into account the comfort and sleep of the guests, there are no breakfast options and the same menu every day, the hotel does not deserve more than three stars, and the cost for the service is bad, it was a very bad experience

Excellent surf spot offering slightly better weather (less clouds than the other coasts in my experience). Up and coming area with lots of new developments happening. A great place to spend your money and invest away from all the chaos of Sanur etc. Black volcanic sand beach. The famous White Sands beach a short drive away

We already miss our large private quite friendly beautiful villa at Desa Swans!! # 16 is great!! And we just left today. A home away from home with a private pool!! We are now in a tiny beach hut with semi working air conditioning and semi poor customer service :( I don’t know if we will return to Bali but if we do we’d love to come back to Desa Swan. We are visiting our son who is a surf coach with a month off and the surf was excellent in Keramas.

Keramas/Saba is a quiet seaside area with minimal development although this looks to be changing. The beach is black sand and not one you would want to laze about on. There is a lot if plastic rubbish at the beach access points. It is a surf beach. The area we stayed in, Saba, was quite isolated and you would be best to have your own transport. Ubud and Candi Dasa are an easy drive away.

The breakfast were delicious (50k Rp). They take care of the scooter rental for us (85k Rp per day). They cleaned the rooms every day. The pool was clean and nice. The WiFi was OK (30mbps). The stuff were very kind and helpful with everything we needed. I needed my trousers repair and the stuff just took them to the taylor and make them fix the same day. The place is in the calm place. 1 km from surf beach with super restants and beach bars which are not that crowdy. It's about 40 minutes to Ubud by scooter which is close in Bali.

The room is very spacious. Bed is comfortable. There are sitting sets in a balcony and inside the room which we appreciated very much. Pools are great too. Not many people were staying so sometimes we had a pool for ourselves only, which was a great bonus. The ground is well looked after, very green and clean. There are a few great warungs on the main road, almost next to an intersection on your left and the food there is great, so tasty and extremely cheap. We'd certainly return to this place if we come back to Bali next year.

Great budget accommodation near the famous Keramas wave. Staff were super helpful and very friendly. We had an issue with one of the rooms but they promptly switched us over to a better one. Very happy. Breakfast was cheap, and quite delicious. We loved the peaceful location in the rice fields. It is so beautiful to see the ocean throughout the front driveway

Such an amazing experience. We stayed closer to the lobby where we could see the wildebeests, giraffes and zebras and it was so surreal. The beautiful Bali staff as always are my favourite part about any accommodation. Always happy and smiling, so quick to help

The property is set in a good location. And looks like a dreamy, picturesque mansion. Its close proximity to the Bali Safari and Marine Park was an added bonus to us.
