Hands down one of the best properties that we stayed in . The staff was very nice and welcoming specially Habibi very nice guy who help us a lot with recommendations and getting things done The view from the room and terrace is amazing during the day and sunset time The bed was super comfy and the room and the bathroom was great . The place was very clean, cute, and within 10 minutes of walking to the beach. The AC and WIFI worked great. More importantly, the three ladies there were so nice, kind, and helpful, who made me felt like home. They cooked great meal for me every morning. There were two days when I had to leave early to catch the boat to Gili Islands before breakfast time. They still cooked me delicious breakfast with smile. I didn't go back one night. The next day, one lady said she worried about me and asked if everything was ok. That is why I love Lombok - the people. Everyone I have met are so nice, friendly, and warm. I have made so many friends here, and I will definitely come back for a longer time.

Breakfast was traditional with egg of choice, toast and homemade jams (pineapple or papaya) and peanut butter, fried rice and fried noodles, fresh fruits, coffee, tea, juice, and either make your own gado gado, or salad. Staff was always helpful and went above and beyond! I extended my stay by 11 days I liked it here so much. Pool was cleaned every morning and had plenty of beach loungers. Room was cleaned daily, a kettle is provided and coffee tea and 1.5L water bottle was replenished daily. The landscaping is well maintained with beautiful colors of flowers and while I stayed in a lower level room (124) the view was spectacular with the sunset over the sea every night. Having many options of food at the restaurant was a bonus esp on evenings you just want to stay in. The pizza is very good, as is the fish and chips for when you want to break away from the traditional dishes. The pan seared traditional fish was divine with a perfect amount of spice (heat), though I felt it a little overcooked. Great place to stay and I highly recommend!
