We had an amazing stay in the Westin Ubud. The housekeeping and both restaurants team were absolutely incredible. The kitchen used only top ingredients and each dish was made with so much love. The service was impeccable. The kids club had a great activities (no PlayStation) and the staff members engaged with our son beautifully. A big shout out to Chef Taufik for creating the best vibe for breakfast and ensuring the floor was was run in the best possible way. Ashwini, thank you. Junita, I can’t believe that you only worked there for 6 months, absolutely brilliant. Arsa, we loved our bike tour with you. Era, we appreciate you going the extra mile to accommodate our booking. Very nice guet House a few minutes ride away from downtown Ubud. The place is nice, quiet, relaxing. Bar and restaurant on site, very good local and international food. Gus and his familiy are amazing people that will do what they can to help or make you feel good. Could be better: breakfast. Overall highly recommended
