It is very cheap. If you are looking for budget and good value accomodation in Mataram(Lombok), this one is really good. The owner does his best to help you with everything, communication was perfect. Bed is extremely comfortable, linens and room were very clear. Room does not have fridge but you can use the fridge on the lowest floor. There is family and very friendly atmosphere. Overall I am satisfied with my stay. What I did not like are some technical problems. There was not hot water in my last night, shampoo, shower gel, soup were missing. Toilet bowl needs to be cleaned better. Water pressure in shower is very low. Building and walls overall look old and scruffy. Windows always stay a bit open, even if you close them (there is a chance an insect gets inside). You should know that nearby is an mosque where they play prayers loudly every morning 5 am, so you have to use earplugs to sleep good. Indonesia, except of Bali, is muslim country and this needs to be respected by foreigners. So overall i was happy to stay here but there are some things to improve :)
