Everything was just perfect, what I love the most is how Mbak Nina and Mas Midi put their love and heart into so many details in the design, and service delivery at Bale Jukung. Sometimes you find a place during your travels that feels like home. It’s the people you find around you who make this happen. Staying here in Tanjung with Hasim and Hatini left me with this sensation. In every way you might imagine, Hasim and Hatini went above and beyond to make me feel less like I was ‘staying’ and more like ‘returning’. Over just two days, they introduced me to an array of new foods, Dangdut music, and a heap of new Indonesian words. We explored the waterfalls together, enjoyed Ramadan meals together and met some of their family. I want to be this kind with people! Terima kasih atas segalanya. Aku tidak akan melupakanmu!
