The snorkeling in front of the bungalows is good. Borja and YunYun are very accomodating. Services like scooter rental and laundry are offered. There is also a dog (give him some nice scratches to become friends). The bungalows were also very nice.

Santi Garden is a delightful place. The moment you arrive, it becomes clear that the hosts, Santi and Robi, have an incredible commitment to their guests' experience. They really do care, and they want to make sure everyone who visits has a good time from beginning to end. Transport from the ferry (which Santi Garden arranged) was seamless and meals (which we took at the neighboring Olala Homestay) were truly amazing. We're vegan, and Alfi -- the wonderful head chef at Olala -- served up *unbelievably* delicious vegan Indonesian cuisine. I've literally been dreaming about his tempeh.
Santi and Robi were also quick to address any issues we had. One example: There was a very bright light outside one of the bungalows that made it difficult to sleep. It was a municipal light, so not the fault/responsibility of Santi Garden. But when we asked for help with it, Robi brought an electrician out to the property immediately and had the light shut off. We were super grateful, and I'm sure the reduced light pollution will also be beneficial for the local ecology. I'm a seasoned traveler and can say that this is an above-and-beyond level of service -- I wish every property was so responsive and accommodating. One small note, because it's difficult to tell from the pictures: There isn't really a beach to speak of directly in front of Santi Garden. You can swim off the dock, though, and other beaches are a short walk away. I highly recommend Santi Garden Bungalow and will absolutely stay here again when I come back to Sabang!

Nice location, good view, nice balcony, close to sea where you can snorkel (careful on strong current though). The bed and bathroom were good. Free Water dispenser in the room was great :) check in check out easy. Food available in the nearby (300m) restaurant.
