Clean, beautiful villas with warm and welcoming staff. They make you feel at home, and looked after.

The location was great, the staff super friendly, the restaurant and the breakfast were also very good.
However, the best has to be the rooms.
They are really big, the bed super confy and you have both a shower and a tub. Also the balcony to the rice field was very nice.
Really felt like a great place to unwind after going around in busy Ubud (busy but soo good).
If i return, or when I return actually, this will be where i will stay again.
(I'm traveling solo but not looking for social activities so much and for that this is perfect)

It was mostly wonderful. One day they had a limited menu, so we did not eat. Other than that it was very nice.

The staff organised for someone to come and collect us so we didn’t have to walk which was lovely.
Sadly the room we had to stay in the first night due to them being fully booked was pretty average, the toilet light wasn’t working as it was leaking water from the toilet above. So if you needed to use the toilet you had toilet water from the room upstairs dropping on you.
The staff moved us to a different room for the rest of the stay.
Unfortunately the wifi also wasn’t very good and we had lots of problems connecting, when we tried to talk to the staff at the desk about our issues like the room & the internet we were met with some pretty unfriendly responses, no apologies or any way to try to improve the situation. They just told us that no one else has complained so it’s just an ‘us’ problem.
I also was told that someone else will have to stay in our room with the leaking toilet if we wanted to swap which I thought wasn’t great.
The free breakfast was okay, the food was edible but not tasty and the coffee was just a pot of coffee.
For the price of the stay we really expected better. I found the rest of the staff working here really polite, friendly and helpful and the resort itself was in a nice location with a nice pool.

Location-little deep inside the road, so bit walk from palace.
Room-Uncomfortable as bed is small. Almost no table n chair to use. Too many lizards.
Ambience-Looks beautiful surrounding with good greenery & Pool.
Food-Limited (no buffet) but good if you eat egg (no pure veg).
Reception & staff leaves at 10pm and returns at 7am. So, its deserted after 10pm.
Overall - Not recommended for families as feels lonely & lizards.
Conveniently located in Ubud, Grand Sehati & Spa, Ubud provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service.

All perfect!! The only thing that I miss it’s a curtain on the shower - because it’s a mess to shower on the bath without that- beside that detail everything was amazing!
