Wonderful hosts and staff, amazing breakfast and dinners. This place is much more than a place to stay, it is a place to learn more about traditional Balinese culture. The hosts provide village children with free gamelan and dance lessons. There are great walks through surrounding villages on quiet, tree lined streets and through rice fields. Jagasatru Waterfall or Air Terjun Jagasatru is within walking distance - a solid walk as it is quite a steep climb coming back from the waterfall - or a 15 minute motorbike ride. I highly recommend a 3 or 4 night stay - even longer if you want a place for relaxing and meditating.

The villa is phenomenal. The best part is the spectacular view it offers from the top of mount Agung, the green farms below and trees as it all reflects on the private pool. The villa itself is absolutely breathtaking, beautiful art work, high quality fittings, everything has been thoughtfully designed. The hall area offers music system, a guitar and a ukulele and on our honeymoon this place gave us the best experience in Bali. The staff is also amazing and helped us with the luggage as well as prepared an amazing meal. The stunning morning view is forever in my mind and i highly recommend this villa. The walk up to the villa is a bit uphill but all is good once you reach. Stay at least 2 to 3 nights here. All the best to the team.

If you want to stay away from all Bali tourist hustle and bustle, Sapta salacca is the right place for you to meditate and relax. The property is very aesthetic. It’s like a dream waking up every morning looking through the bamboo structure to high level hammock into the jungle over looking a lake. It really is what Bali dreams are made of. I wouldn’t say this is a long stay place, it’s an amazing experience for a couple of nights. The service from the staff was good, they do try their best to accommodate you and communicate through watsapp really well. My husband had a massage in house which he rated. It’s a good location to explore the east side of Bali. The local supermarket also delivered to us which was extremely helpful.

This stay was straight out of a dream. Our bamboo house named Metangi was located right above rice fields surrounded by lush jungle and it’s so unique that it’s hard to choose the right words do describe it. With two bedrooms, outdoor bathroom, hanging net, heated jacuzzi, private cinema and even a bonfire it’s without any doubts the most unique place we’ve ever stayed at. My favorite part of staying there was waking up to the sounds of nature with the views of stunning Sideman as the bamboo house has no walls and you’re literally a part of the jungle life around. Loved the food too. Honestly absolutely everything we tried was more than delicious. You can eat either in their restaurant or right in your bamboo house. Last but not least I have to mention the staff and how absolutely amazing they all are. They would do anything to make your stay memorable and I can not thank them enough.
