Liked everything. Room, food, staff, pool, garden, location. Staff immediately gave me another room as the Aircon made a lot of noise. Disliked that the tv didn't work but that was only a minor problem

I was worrying a bit when I read the reviews. Smelly bathrooms, mosquitoes everywhere, no breakfast options, broken door locks... But either we got lucky with our rooms or the hotel has improved since. The outside and courtyard with swimming pool look gorgeous. The big lobby is equally impressive. We did experience a broken lock with one of the rooms, but staff fixed that electronically within minutes. I spotted 1 mosquito in the room, may he rest in peace. Breakfast options are mostly local. Gudeg, rice, fruit, but also slices of bread. Lastly the bathrooms were fine and didn't smell.
