    Movenpick hotel is very clean, nice big rooms with wonderful, amazing & friendly staff Elsa, Shanaz, Mali, Tyas. Elsa the boss of housekeeping team made my room every day, clean, nice smell. Every night when I come to my room made me very happy, clean & nice smell. Good girl Elsa. Shanaz, Mali & Tyas were my guides. Everyday they arrange my trip & I really enjoyed. God bless there hearts. Mali, Tyas & Shanaz were helping me to order Grab& Places to visit. The best customer service, friendly with lots of smile. Very respectful staff & wonderful service.

    Surabaya is an amazing city!

    Surabaya is an amazing city! Unlike Jakarta, it has much less traffic, making it a more pleasant place to navigate. The working lifestyle here is peaceful and unhurried, allowing you to truly enjoy the rhythm of daily life. It's a fantastic destination for travelers, with an abundance of delicious food to explore. I highly recommend visiting Surabaya – you won't be disappointed!

    Surabaya is a large city and I would like to discover more. I had hoped to visit the National museum, but it was closed for an up grade so I spent time travelling around and enjoying the scenery and the food outlets

    Great food, excellent shopping and not over crowded.

    Great food, excellent shopping and not over crowded. I was surprised how big the malls were. We went to Bromo and Ijen. Ijen was very hard work, but truly out of this world experience. Definitely worth the time and hike it takes to get there.

    Top class hotel. The staff is great, attentive, polite and very nice and professional. The facilities are amazing, the pool is good, the gym has everything you need, the spa service is also amazing! The food options are also very good, I tried the Japanese restaurant and it was amazing! The room size is also spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, it is clean and tidy. I loved my stay at the Shangri La and hope I can comw back soon!!!

    Breakfast had many great options. Very tasty, high quality. The behaviour of the staff is just amazing. They treat you like a queen. Because of this kindness and hospitality, I will come back exactly to your hotel. The bathroom is amazing, and the room is spacious, with amazing views of the Surabaya panorama. All the best recommendations. I think it is the best hotel in the whole Java!

    We just stayed for a few hours as we had to land in Surabaya and then took a tour starting from midnight. There we could not have a full feeling of the hotel, but an impression. Rooms where not so nice but for the price OK, felt clean enough. Staff extremely nice and helpful, even prepared a take away breakfast

    This hotel is really value for money. With the price and the facilities etc I would definitely come back here. The location is perfect as well right in the downtown area of Surabaya. Staffs are friendly and polite. Room is spacious and has all the things I need. My stay was perfect!
