Idyllic setting. Exceptional location at a clean and quiet white sand beach. The resort area is large and rich in trees with animal roaming around. Friendly staff. Overseas visitors have a chance of getting a taste of the local culture with other guests playing music / karaoke (can be a pro or a con, depending on your perspective).

Avery Coconut Island Waterpark Beach Resort Carita provides beachfront accommodations in Carita. It provides free Wifi, a private beach area, an outdoor swimming pool, and a restaurant.

The property is right on the beach. The set up of the little cottages is cute. The staff do a great job trying to keep the place clean and there was no trash lying around. They were also visible around the complex and were ready and available to help when needed. One really awesome thing was there were no outside sellers which can be common in the area.

    One day was a bit short, two days would be enough.

    One day was a bit short, two days would be enough. The property sits nearby a hotel with a nice restaurant, it saves everything. All outside the nearby hotel is not in top or even good shape, but that actually adds to experience. The beach is not good, yes it is sandy but very shallow but then rocks you cannot swim over. But in 5 min drive there is another beach, wild, no amenities but no people! which was great. The beach is 3 stars out of 5, but absence of other people makes it great. Altogether, a mixed but generally positive impression.

    What I like most is the serenity, sunshine and gentle sea...

    What I like most is the serenity, sunshine and gentle sea breeze. Flowering and palm trees garden make it more enjoyable. Not much alternative of eating options outside the property. We dine in on site restaurant most of the time, the food quality is okay with reasonable price.
