The place was in a great location albeit quite remote and the journey in and out of the property was extremely perilous. The staff were very helpful and it is a great location for a short stay as long as you’re quite fit and are travelling lightly!

Very good resort. Only problem is the Location as it is far away from Ubud Central area. The other issue is that if you book lower category rooms then you have to go down atleast 30-40 steps from the reception.. which makes it very difficult for people to come and go out of resort

My fiancé and I stayed for one week at Lawani Resort and we had a wonderful time. The staff is really amazing and go above and beyond to make your holiday a memorable one!
The resort is about 30 minutes from central Ubud, which makes the area very calm and relaxing. With a great view over the rice fields. Great food is served in the restaurant all day and evening.
The villa with the private pool is so luxurious - there is no better way to start your morning than with a swim here! We ordered a floating breakfast and flower bath one morning after a private yoga session. Highly recommend! One night we also ordered a private candlelight dinner which was a highlight of our stay!
They provide a shuttle to Ubud so that you can explore during the day. There are also full day tours with a local driver you can book if you want to explore further around the surrounding area. The purification experience down the road in the waterfall with a guide was our favorite!
Really such a nice experience and we highly recommend for anyone who wants a relaxing enjoyable experience away from the crowds!

The staff was very kind, honest, helpful and trustworthy. The location is great, in the middle of many scenic places and activities. The villa itself was also amazing, clean and only views and sounds of nature.
I'm not a big review writer but this place really deserves one, big thank you to everyone there!

Near to Ubud and yet completely out of the city hustle. Stay inside Lots of nature, rain forests and rice fields and see the local countryside with daily ceremonies around the temples and witness bali life.

Fresh air, rice terraces, Balinese people are very friendly and courteous. Nature, vegatation, forest.. waterfalls and temples. My husband and I stayed at Aksari Ubud Resort & Spa … this place is my personal version of paradise. Staff were very cordial… they aim to please … the resort has great amenities and awesome infinity pools. The entire place has wifi, room has smart TV with Netflix, the resort is clean and very well maintained and smells like aromatherapy (spa) with “zen” music..,

Its got some lovely attractions and sights. Its peaceful and quiet without being too remote. Spending time amongst the people here gives you a sense of what life in Bali is really like and not just what they put on for tourists.

Beautiful homestay, nestled in a quiet part of the town; only ten minutes by Grab taxi to Ubud, and to other interesting activities like rice terraces, waterfalls, etc.
You almost forget where you are as you are surrounded by greenery in the beautiful garden. Definitely recommended if you are looking for something quiet and serene.
I especially enjoyed taking a night swim in the pool.
The rooms are big, and so is the bathroom and shower. I also loved the attached terrace where I sat to enjoy the rain as I waited for it to stop.
These are 2 villas located very close to the famous rice terraces. Great view! We thought we would be a little cut off from civilization. But no! Nearby are cafes, restaurants, attractions. Privately managed. The staff is wonderful! They are ready to provide services and you can order a delicious dish from the menu. Cozy, clean, homely. We didn't want to leave! Thank you! Everything was wonderful!
Excellent hotel. Love the calmness and ambiance. Bali has been our annual vacation preference for years, however this is the first time we decided to stay in the Ubud area. We wanted to experience staying in a villa with forest and rice terrace view. This resort is just amazing. Villa is clean, staffs are sincerely friendly, good food, a nice place for a relaxing vacation.
The private pool was amazing as well as the Bali bowl at breakfast.
My partner and I went for my birthday and all the staff remembered and wished me a happy birthday. They even had a cake waiting in the room when we got back from Ubud market.
This is a great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and town.
Very nice wooden house in rice fields and close to everything in Ubud you want to go to. Apart from that the nicest hosts and staff you will meet in your life. We felt very much welcome and at home. Thank you very much for everything. We’re leaving Bali with a full heart.
