Stunning hotel and grounds. Only small issue I had was that the bathroom in room 322 had cracks in the sink. Other than that, a great stay. We will definitely be back!

Charm and authenticity intact. The young man who served us for our meal was great. Mum and Dads room 108 was lovely. Breakfast was good

Location, view, and privacy. They also allowed me an early check-in, which I truly appreciated.

We stayed here for one night and loved it! The location is perfect, just a short distance from Brittas Bay. The area was quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. The place had everything we needed, and Hugh, the host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
Great scenic location. Easy to get to and find.
Very friendly hosts and staff. Accommodation nice and clean including shower, room, bed and facilities. A lovely setting with great views.
I would happily book a room there again. Very pleased.

Really enjoyed our stay in Avoca.
Really enjoyed our stay in Avoca. You do need a car to get around and see the beautiful scenery. We walked to the Miners Cross a bit of a hike but doable and the view from the top was breathtaking. We had to eat outside of Avoca and chose Wooden bridge which we would recommend. The meeting of the waters is a beautiful location and you can enjoy a pint in their pub. Its a bit run down but it is still a beautiful place to enjoy a drink or a coffee :-)

Location was superb as the name describes the area. which is where two rivers meeting right outside the hotel. The room was 4 star. Breakfast was excellent. Close to attractions. the hosts could not have been better, friendly, helpful with plenty of local knowledge and a pride in their establishment.
B&B located by the main road. We spent one night only which is more than enough given there isnt much around. Room was big and warm. Breakfast was good (cold and Irish breakfast), the breakfast room was very cold. We drove 10min for a dinner to a nice hotel as there is no option to dine on site.
House was clean, well equipped and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Great location in Avoca, within walking distance of an old fashioned pub. Wonderful walks nearby. Clara Lara was a short drive away as was Avondale.
