It was a yurt in the grounds of Granville House Apartments. It was surrounded by trees and shrubs and was nicely secluded. Separate showers/toilets and a kitchen were just a few steps away.

Everything from the music, Guinness, power shower! Just wish we could of had a few more nights there.
The room was a very good size, with plenty of hanging space and open shelves for clothes etc. There are only 2 rooms, and the breakfast table was shared with the other guests, which was sociable and relaxed. Continental breakfast was all fresh and there was lots to choose from.
Sheelagh is a good host and made sure we were happy, gave us advice on where to go and so on.
There is a hotel and a pub about 10 minutes walk away, good for evening meals, and Dingle is about 20 minutes drive if you want more options.
Loved every minute! The facilities were amazing! Stayed in the yurt with 2 kids (double bed, single bed & travel cot) and there was more than enough room with a little table and chairs inside, and the bed was as comfy as a hotel! Fresh scones and pancake mix made every morning by the owner, a lovely lady! Beautiful spot for kids with toys closeby and a playground across the road. Will definitely be back again! Xx
Very clean tidy apartment, Brid was so easy to contact and so understanding, patient and helpful when we rang to ask how to use the induction oven.....There was a very comprehensive range of utensils, plates, cups and pans available. We loved the general location in Ballyferriter with the pubs just a short walk down the road. There was also a very generous outside seating area where we had our breakfast.
What a lovely place to stay. Ballyferriter village is peaceful and quiet. Seems a long way from all the tourist noise in Dingle, yet it's just a short hop over the hill.
The closest pub is 100m away and is both warm and friendly, with arguably the best pint of Guinness in Ireland 🇮🇪
Sheelagh made our stay in Ballyferriter wonderful. A top notch host with good conversation. The room was splendid, the house beautiful, and Sheelagh's breakfast was different and delicious. She also provided some good tips on where to go. We loved our stay with her!
