We loved meeting Fiona, the owner, and her dog Paddy and Paddy's good neighbour friend. We loved the remote cute area above the harbour where the Lookout was located. There was a very friendly pub within a 3 minute walk down a little hill which served food in the evening. The area was very scenic, with cliffs and waves crashing on the rugged shoreline. There were a number of walking trails nearby, which Fiona described in a booklet in the room.

Self catering - breakfast cereals, milk, tea, coffee all available. All as described, very good. Lovely quiet location, suited our requirements perfectly - lots of places to walk and cycle and close to Skibbereen Town for places to eat, etc. A great place to sit and relax. Hosts Christene & Ken & family were very friendly, welcoming and very helpful in pointing out things to see and places to go. Homemade scones were a lovely touch. Very friendly cat on site (Pussers) - nice company around the place. Many thanks, we will be back.

Such a cute little chalet with all the modern facilities I was very comfortable and it is set in a very scenic and peaceful location. The hosts are so obliging and I had a fantastic experience all the way through. There is so much to see around the area too.
