I had a wonderful stay at the RUI Plaza The Gresham. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city, and the historic charm added a unique character to the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Overall, a great blend of comfort, convenience, and classic elegance—I'd definitely stay again!

Breakfast was devine had all the essentials. You could eat full Irish or you could eat healthy with some pumpkin seeds added to your granola or oats. Location was good if you wanted to be in centre of Dublin. If you just want for concert purposes a little bit of a walk (8min) to get to Luas that will then bring you right up to 3 arena. Area was a bit sketchy but that’s Dublin for you.

It was my first time as a solo traveller and I am so so glad I selected this hotel. It was right in the heart of the temple bar district and had it's only balcony- the value for money is fantastic. My room was really spacious, the shower had great force and was super hot and 24 hour reception makes you feel safe. The bar beneath also has lovely staff and great live music 🎶
Great facilities locally. Major shopping but hotel is off the beaten track and quiet. Great ambience and facilities without leaving. Traffic congestion for going into the city at rush hours exceptionally bad. Cinemas, Olympic size pool etc all nearby.

Room price was too high for vacation travelers, yet lower then other similar facilities, and appears to be set for business travelers on expense accounts. Location is far from any sites of vacationers interest. However, I knew this when I booked and chose facility because we needed to extend our stay a few days, the price was lowest and facility was relatively close to airport.

Very disappointed to arrive back at hotel at 11pm following a concert to find that the bar was closed. After expressing our disappointment to the receptionist she arranged for us to have a drink in the foyer area. A lot of other guests arrived back after us and we’re in the same predicament. We were informed that the hotel was quiet and so they decided to close the bar early???

Absolutely everything from the minute we checked in. The hotel is spectacular, and staff go above and beyond. Very high standard throughout. Food and service are excellent. Highly recommended, and we will for sure stay nowhere else when visiting Dublin. Spreading the word to my own family and friends as they for sure will not be disappointed. Breakfast is exceptional, decor and cleanliness exceeds all expectations.
from the moment we arrived until we checked out everyone was so helpful, the girls in the breakfast room were awesome and nothing was a problem, plenty of variety for breakfast. we also ate in the bar and the food was lovely, this hotel is so easy to get to and super close to the amazing shopping centre. underground parking was really handy to. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
Room was lovely. Bed very comfortable. Great to have table and 2 chairs. Enjoyed having Peace and Quiet in the room. Very convenient to get the 40d Bus to Parnell Street in Dublin City Centre.
Good facilities and dining experience, we enjoyed use of pool and was convenient for visiting Dublin Zoo, roadworks outside hotel caused diversion on return journey from zoo.
