Plain and clean. Low on pillows & towels, bathroom door doesn’t shut and ran out of hot water after 4 minutes or so.

Very down-home feel, with friendly, helpful owner (John) living in site. Location is close, walking distance to small town of Carrigaline. We walked for a very enjoyable late coffee and seafood chowder at Maple Lane restaurant. Various other eateries in the town. Filling station about 200 meters down the street from the property. Also, there is a security gate at the bottom of the driveway. Coffee, milk, sugar, butter and jam for your use.
