Dingle- What a beautiful town on a gorgeous bay! I wish we stayed longer than two nights. Highly recommend taking a full day to explore the many gorgeous and educational stops along Slea Drive. We had a rental car and went at our own pace. We stopped at a small tiny parking area with a sign that said Fairy farm (or something??) and for 2.50 Euro got to feed and pet some very friendly sheep, lambs, alpaca and goats. My teenage son loved it- best smile photos of the trip! The views off the cliffs and at the beach were spectacular.

Dingle is a lovely little town, vibrant, fun, excellent choices for food, drink and music. Lovely little books shops and if you're a bookworm you will love peeking through all that's available.
On the Marina is the most stunning views, take a boat trip out the bay..breathtaking scenery and you could possibly spot some dolphins or porpoises.
Visit the aquarium...don't miss it, such a fabulous place, get to see the otters being fed, penguins, sharks....walk in to the oasis of butterflies, they might land on you and its the most beautiful sense of calmness.
Exquisite jewellery, accessories, clothes and souvenirs on sale all over the town,it really does have something for everyone.
Enjoy fresh fish in any of the great restaurants or get a fish and chip to eat while sitting to look out on Dingle Bay, stunning!!

Dingle is a small, but very charming little place.
Dingle is a small, but very charming little place. I am so grateful to have had a day to spend wandering around and seeing all the local stores and scenery. My favorite part of Dingle was taking a boat tour, which I highly recommend. You simply must get a crepe at McCarthy's crepes—they are divine and made with care right before your eyes.

My college son and I loved Dingle.
My college son and I loved Dingle. We did not have a car, so were worried we would miss the beauty of the coastline. However, we took the Lighthouse Walk, which was beautiful and scenic, with cliffs, green farmland, beaches, cows, ancient towers, a light house, and a few rainbows! The town is so cute, everyone is so nice. Lots of fun pubs and shops. We especially loved the Dingle Surf shop! And we had the best scone at the Strand Cafe (above the Strand shop). We can't wait to return to Dingle!

Pubs are great if that’s your thing.
Pubs are great if that’s your thing. So too the proximity to amazing beaches and views.
The aquarium is the best I’ve seen in Ireland, really worth a look for the sharks and penguins alone.
Easy town to walk around.
However - get ready to be mugged. Insane prices for tourists are omnipresent, it’s not pleasant in any way to feel like you’re being milked to the max at every opportunity.
Small ice cream cone - €6. God knows how much for a medium or large.
Thin steak that’s half the size of a supermarket €6 steak - €40. You get the picture.
Hotel prices - pay 5 star, get 3 star.
4 pairs of socks, €55.

What an amazing place - really relaxed vibe and friendly locals. We went for a drink at Foxy John's - what an amazing place. We drove the Conor Pass and Slea Head Drive - as part of the Wild Atlantic Way - both highly recommended.

Our stay at Heaton’s Guesthouse was absolutely phenomenal! The location was perfect for walking into town as well as the beautiful view of the ocean. I’ve never stayed in such a comfortable bed, we definitely debated on whether we should go out and explore or just stay inside and sleep. The staff were so friendly and accommodating - which made our trip so much more relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the perfect start to our day. We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone who comes to stay in Dingle :)
This hotel is a hidden gem. We booked last minute for 2 nights and both nights we had dinner in the hotel. The food is absolutely beautiful and so is the breakfast. Perfect location to explore the dingle peninsula and slea head area. We have stayed in kerry many times and would find it hard to beat An Ceann Sibeal.
Kathleen is a great host and is so helpful. The place is spotless with great views of the countryside. Very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to stay close to Dingle. It's about a 7 minute drive from the town.
The location couldn’t have been better. We’ve stayed at multiple B&Bs during our trip - the breakfast at the dingle bay hotel was by far the best. The staff couldnt possibly have been nicer.
