The location was amazing because it is directly beside the 3arena for my concert. It's a short distance from the city. It was luxurious to have such comfortable accommodation nearby in a beautiful hotel. The staff are all so lovely and helpful too.

Convenient location, old building, there is a lift but not to the half floors. Staff were great, very helpful and informative. Comfortable bed. Even in a room facing the street - a busy clubbing street - on a Saturday night the soundproofing was good as I wasn’t kept awake.

We were upgraded to a suite. Really enjoyed the additional space and proximity to services and dining. Everything had been well thought out enhancing the sense of luxury and peace. Exactly what was required to rejuvenate. We would have loved to stay longer, will definitely be returning if possible. Dinner was superb and breakfast fabulous, everything you could want and more. My husband enjoyed a swim in the pool.
