Friendly staff with fast check-in. The very comfortable room had updated decor with USB charging
hubs for electronics. The bar and restaurant were fantastic with cozy in-door and out-door seating. We ate supper and breakfast, both were well made and tasty. Easy and convenient parking. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed one night passing through Killarney and we really enjoyed this hotel. We were in the upper most room so it was nice and quiet at night and the view was pretty good from the windows. Bathroom seemed updated, had good heat and water pressure. After exploring the city center, we came back to the pub to enjoy a delicious dinner and some pints with live entertainment. Everyone was very nice. It was a great stay overall.

Room was well thought out. QR codes for services and Spotify Playlist were a nice touch.
The pool and pool facilities were great. The staff were lovely. Food in restaurant was tasty. Plenty variety of bars an nooks to chill out. There is a peaceful Library room near reception. Nice walk in to town. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very nice. I like the refillable water fountain station at the end of the hall. Sleep mask and ear plugs kit is lovely little luxury. Breakfast box was delicious.( would look forward to cooked breakfast option when back)I very much liked the fresh remote pouch which shows the remote for the TV was sanitized.
