Featuring free bikes and views of garden, The Stable Yard House at Burtown House & Gardens is a villa situated in a historic building in Athy, 8.6 km from Athy Heritage Centre-Museum.

We really liked the calmness of the area, the stable house was amazing and everything we needed was there. The brunch we had as well in the restaurant/cafe the next morning was brilliant. We will 100% be back when we need a break to the countryside.

Lovely Laois Loft Apartment features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Carlow, 11 km from Athy Heritage Centre-Museum.

Super welcoming hosts. Cosy big bedroom, clean shower and WC. Clean sheets and super crispy towels. There is a mini kitchen and even board games! I love this place. It's so quiet and peaceful. I recommend a long stay if you're working in surrounding areas for some time or looking for a quiet weekend. It's not my first time here. Excellent money value for such a place to stay.

Looovely room, very clean and nicely put together. The shared spaces included a living room with a real fire place. Lovely vibes. Got great recommendations about what to visit during the two day stay.

Situated in Athy and only 1.5 km from Athy Heritage Centre-Museum, Private double room in Athy. Features accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

This was very handy for my trip. It was more than sufficient for a place for me to sleep and rest after my event happened. The owners were friendly. I didn't have to have much interactions with them. so it was fine.

A great wedding venue or spa break.

A great wedding venue or spa break. Thought the lodges were same as carriage rooms no great difference. Stayed in both different times. Fab for an irish castle wedding as destination venue to couple from abroad. Birds of prey on site too. Wedding planner seemed very knowledgable she was chatting to a potential b and g. Receptionist was so funny chatting about baths! Bar man also friendly. A character. Get in a walk by river it’s so nice.

I loved the food, especially the fine dining at the castle. The atmosphere was amazing, great bar with a range of good cocktails, very friendly and welcoming place. The room was lovely and had an excellent shower. The breakfasts were amazing. They catered to my dietary requirements of being both vegan and gluten free.

Property was spotless clean, staff very friendly and went above and beyond, grounds were lovely to walk around and I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to book and stay... Only ting I didn't like was the fact we had to pay extra to use the thermal suite while staying as a guest

Lovely warm and cosy castle hotel, friendly staff, excellent reception staff and very enjoyable dinner and breakfast in 1180 room. Bar prices very high and glass of wine with dinner was way overpriced at 20euro for half glass wine. Lovely room, fab shower but dusting behind TV needs to be attended to.

    Our stay was magical.

Our stay was magical. We originally booked a carriage room but did a bit more we had to stay in the actual castle. It was amazing. The grounds are stunning and sit on a golf course. The Castle was in amazing condition and the feels so warm and comforting. The bar has a nice vibe and the lounge has a raging fire at night. Breakfast was off the hook and hosted in 2 beautiful rooms. Ended up playing a round for only $60. Enjoy
