Bedroom good and bathroom fine, no complaints. Downstairs in the lobby and bar/restaurant, it was cold and a lot of people wearing coats/jackets. Just one menu available so choice of food was limited. Food quality was just ok. Parking cost €10 but that gives 24 hour parking and you can come and go during that time. Parking spaces are extremely tight.
With panoramic views across Dublin Port, The Gibson Hotel is next to the 3Arena. It boasts bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a 24-hour gym, a fine restaurant, and secure private parking.
This central Dublin hotel is situated on Harcourt St. off the south west corner of St. Stephen’s Green in Dublin City Centre. All major attractions are within walking distance of the hotel.

Well appointed hotel with great rooms for families and super location for the Luas (tram) to the city and also connects with the 700 bus to the airport all day and night. Car park also excellent and a lift takes you to reception. Super base to explore all of Dublin City and Wicklow Mountains.

We didn’t use the bus from the airport this time as headed to Curragh on Sunday but would recommend anyone to use it. Great value for money and drops you right at the door of the hotel. The hotel also offers a free bus to the racecourse. Brilliant place to stay.

Stayed here as an alternative to staying in Bray as it was relatively close by, 7 miles. Had a family room for 3 adults but room only had 2 chairs, not three. Room was cramped and although adequate for sleep and shower, not much good for anything else. Room was stuffy and hot, owing to the lack of aircon and windows that only opened minimally (for safety). Parking garage was great and breakfast was fab and beds were comfy (KingKoil mattresses).

The staff are all immensely friendly, helpful and welcoming - in every department of the hotel. The Ruby Suite was lovely, a really comfortable space with an extremely comfortable bed! Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious, I love the soda bread in particular. Dinner was equally delicious and my partner enjoyed the opportunity of enjoying genuine Guinness - very different here to England!
Nice location near road links and an easy walk to the tram into Dublin centre. Not much in the nearby area for shops or restaurants but the hotel food was good. The exit from parking was not working properly on the day we checked out. It took us about 10 minutes and 2 phone calls.
My wife was in for surgery at 7.45 and I was in the hotel at 8.30 and I asked could I get an early check in and they went out of there way to get a room ready for me
