Great location, great food, great room! The windows and public areas could do with good deep clean, otherwise we were delighted with the Riverbank. Highly recommend the bar food.

The port is currently undergoing a major refit and expansion and will be considerably improved when finished. Users are not very inconvenienced by the work that is ongoing. We found accommodation in short supply and it would be strongly advisable to pre book as early as possible for your intended stay. Still the ideal arrival port from the U.K. for those living in the midlands and south.
Good roads lead northwards towards Wexford.

It is literally a place to stay near the ferry port but nothing else. Get there just in time to go to bed and get up and leave for the ferry. Overpriced in my opinion but that is just my opinion. Would I stay here again …. NO

I was transiting by the ferry to England and arrived and left in the dark. I had one day in the area and went to Johnstown Castle and grounds which is not far away. It has recently been opened to the public. I wish the weather had been better so that I could have gone to the beach at Rosslare. Wexford town is close which was interesting to explore.

We had a good trip however two days before we sailed we received a text message from Stena line indicating the outward sail was cancelled. Advice was to go to Irish Ferries departing from Pembroke docks. This caused a great deal of inconvenience as both ferries were difficult to contact to re-arrange passage. Irish Ferries told us we needed to contact Stena Line before they would honour our booking. Then in the evening we received another text from Stena indicating that problems were resolved and the outward journey was on schedule. We were traveling from Kent and had arranged overnight stay in Fishguard so having to get to Pembroke was inconvenient especially when it all changed back to Fishguard!! Difficult to trust Stena line in the future.

Rosslare is the very South East Coast of Ireland and one of the main ports into Ireland - Road improvements are happening and development of the port. Surprised to see the supermarket close so early in the summer months .

Stayed overnight coming off the ferry - very close by the ferry port. We were quite late arriving, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Best hotel staff experience I’ve had in a very long time. Honestly, can’t rate them highly enough: friendly, helpful, communicative, did everything possible to make us comfortable, and arranged food even though the kitchen was closed.
Very close to the ferry port.
Check in easy with key safe.
Rooms clean, warm and comfortable, shower good.
Plenty of crockery downstairs and a dining room for those who want to bring their own food.
Kettle with tea and coffee in the rooms is an excellent touch.
Very well located close to ferry port. Stayed there twice, on evening of arrival in Ireland and prior to departure for UK. Good breakfast available if required.
