The location right in the heart of the Temple bar is the big selling point for this hotel. We were on the second floor but couldn'r hear a peep from the festivities below. The rooms were small but clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The common corridor areas are a bit jaded but I'm sure they see a lot of traffic especially with the competitive rates for a stay - it deserves to be popular. We loved the late check out time of 12.00 especially since we'd overdone sampling the Irish welcome the previous evening. We did not have breakfast so we can't comment on the quality but we would definitely stay here again.
