The porter, Conor, was a fabulous help to us. Also the waiter Jordan was brilliant in the restaurant. Food was great. This is a really nice hotel. Highly recommend!

Sometimes “airport” hotels aren’t great, but that is NOT the case with Dublin airport Crown Plaza…it was comfortable, beautiful, and in a good location. The staff was wonderful…friendly and efficient! Rooms had everything you could need…coffee maker, iron, safe. The only thing I didn’t see was a mini-frig, but that wasn’t a problem for me! I didn’t have the breakfast because we had an early flight, but the breakfast room looked inviting. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!!

The room was very clean, the bed was excellent and I slept QUITE WELL! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great value for the location in comparison to other hotels I checked. A dinner was reasonably priced and delicious . We. would definitely stay there again when the need be for close proximity to the airport.

Excellent for the single woman budget traveler--free shuttle to hotel, helpful staff in the middle of the night for check-in, most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, clean, quiet...who could ask for anything more, which included an excellent breakfast and ride back to the airport.
