We were self catering and we arrived with food to cook but had to go out to eat as the oven was just unbreakable with dirty and no table or chairs to sit to eat' a two seater ment one of us 3 had no where to sit so went outside to sit in our car inside the place had not been cleaned and every wardrobe and shelf was packed with there clothes
there was two bedrooms and the only shower room and toilet was in the main bedroom with numerous Aldi and Lidl toiletries everywhere used toothpaste and toothbrushes on the sink it's just not acceptable and embarrassing to the adults in the second bedroom but we did not know that when booking we had breakfast on the road i don't thunk the windows have ever been cleaned, as for a garden no seating and you look out on falling down property which appears to belong to this property the whole place needs cleaning decorating but we think they are nor worried as it looks like it's there home and all the comfort is in the half to the right where the guy who gave us the key came out of what more can I say about this dreadful experience we drove for 3hours and then had to go out to eat it was a special occasion with nowhere to hang our clothes I would never have thought anyone would have the cheek to call this place acceptable for letting, do you not check what your letting and to add insult to injury it cost E340 and I expect it refunded I have all the photo's if you would like them.

Only let down was the noise from our room next door, sounded like they were having a party
Went on until 6:30 even after staff spoke to them

Spacious, spotlessly clean. In the heart of Maynooth. Dunnes food & groceries with 2min walk, 5mins walk from train station. Extremely comfortable bed & soundproof at night for a great sleep. Loved water, apples & cookies left by owner.

The service could have been better in the restaurant in the evening. Apart from that everything else was excellent.

Poor bar menu, only 5/6 items. Atmosphere in foyer..not much going on..advertising treatment but only a hot tub which is expensive especially if you don’t take the refreshment ie Prosecco. Almost like a boutique hotel, reception like a travel lodge, could do more with interior for 4 star hotel. Breakfast was slack mainly the continental layout. Room was lovely, spacious and modern.
