Ryan's Daughter B&B is set in Thurles, 23 km from Rock of Cashel, 47 km from Kilkenny Castle, and 49 km from Kilkenny Railway Station.

In Thurles to visit family and friends. The manager/chef,James, made it like a cosy home away from home. Literally nothing was too much trouble! A shining example of well known Irish hospitality, including the magnificent full Irish breakfast, 5 star! Thanks James. Communication before my stay was excellent and ensured that an unexpected delay of my arrival was catered for without any fuss or difficulty. A well oiled machine! Many thanks. .

Everything was perfect - Lorna and Peter were so lovely - we had fresh scones and cream on arrival and there was Fresh Farm Eggs at a small cost. Mum and my sister got a little tour of their lovely farm and got to meet some new arrivals there too! Overall it was a wonderful weekend - the sunsets are very beautiful too!

My wife Margaret booked our dog friendly accommodation in Tipperary. Myself and my son stayed for 2 nights. House was spotless clean. Everything you could need was there. The host left milk, bread, ham, butter and provisions all for us. After a 5hr drive it was very welcome. House was lovely and warm. We had trial dogs with us. Outside was enclosed and we were able to walk our dogs safely nearby. We highly recommend the accommodation. it does what it says on the tin and more. The host was available at all hours and checked in if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for better. 10/10.

In tranquil Tipperary, Horse & Jockey Hotel offers 4-star luxury accommodation with free Wi-Fi, 2 bars and a luxurious spa. Leisure facilities include a 21-metre pool and a Technogym.

Room was very spacious and clean. Water pressure was AMAZING, I could have stayed in that shower for ages! Lovely hand soap and shower gel (that did need refilling though) in the bathroom. Lovely bar and restaurant area, I was travelling alone for work, and they found me a quiet spot to eat. Food was fresh, tasty and good value for a hotel like this.

Very clean and quiet and plenty of space to park. Helpful, friendly host. Location easy to find from main route and only a few minutes to town of Thurles. Ate at a lovely pub and used the ATM in town. Easy to park and walk around town. Host even let us play her piano.

Very easy to access as it's literally 2 mins of the M8 Cork/Dublin Motorway. Value for money is exceptional. Very comfy bed, roomy with a large ensuite with shower, sink and toilet. There was a TV but I didn't use it. There were enough room for 3 people (1 double bed + 1 single bed) Host was very friendly, easy to talk to and accommodating. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked nothing fancy but a full Irish nonetheless. I stayed in 4 star hotel before with a way worse breakfast than this. Honestly 0 fault.

Lovely property, kept extremely neat and tidy. Comes fully functional and equipped with everything you need for your stay, including laundry facilities, towels, cooking appliances. You name it Beakstown house has it all. Decor was lovely, plenty space for a group, very spacious bedrooms and room for ample cars. The grounds were also kept very well, very safe as there is private gated access to the house. Only a stones throw away from the nearest pub and in very close proximity to Cashel and Thurles
