I liked the location. Very close to Mahne Yehuda market, and we've done great walking from the hotel to the old city by foot. There's also the tram very close for those who don't wish to walk.
The staff was friendly, the breakfast was ok, and our room was upgraded to a bigger room without us asking for it, THANK YOU.

Every staff member paid attention to every single detail of the stay. They were accommodating and were able to flexible when I needed to stay an extra day due to the wildfires and road closures changing my work schedule. I will absolutely visit again! The business center manager was able to meet my every single, very last minute needs!

The front desk staff was very kind and gracious. He could tell I was exhausted from the plus 12 hour flight arriving at 10:00 a.m. and checkin was not until 4:00 p.m. He was able to have a room available for within 10 minutes. Bravo to this young man. This meant so much to me being that I have the autoimmune disease lupus and rest is essential to calm the symptoms and pain that I was experiencing. He even upgraded me, he just so showed me a simple act of kindness without knowing I was in the midst of a medical crisis. The room was spacious extremely clean with a white and cream design. I was able to get the rest I needed but unfortunately I had to leave immediately heading back to the US less than 24 hours upon arrival. I would highly recommend this property. I am Marriott Titanium Member and opted to stay at this very charming and hospitable property. The only suggestion I would make is an adjustment to hotel stay policy which I neglected to read it to make it clear that you will forfeit the balance of your stay if you leave early. I think this cancellation policy should be on a case by case basis especially if it's concerning a emergency and guest is departing less than 24 hours from arrival. But you will truly love this property and I will definitely return!!!!
