Dirty curtains, and not nice staff. When I asked for anything, like where to eat they were not really friendly and even when it was my check out and I as leaving my room 5 mins late a mal staff came to my room banging the door and so rude telling me to leave the room “right now”.

Havnt been cleaned the room. No towels. Super rude staff. Complicated to check in. Need to wait and ask them for entrance codes. While made or clean lady bothering rudely. I been traveling over 80 countries. And first time any staff or employees was so rude to me. For no reason. Was food in fridge aint mine. Open shugar bags. Not clean at all. Dirthy actually. Many things was not cleaned for months. Like.curtins shower. Not returning ever. Not recommended. And yet i would avoid the experience can get better for same or even less money. I try leave positive comments and this time i just cant let it go. I would ask for refund. But since i paid in advance i couldnt. So i just stayed. Shame concept is nice. They can do it better. And should not do this bad things to anyone ever again
