The staff is very friendly. The chef/manager called a few hours before checkin to welcome us and invite us to come for dinner (our reservation did not include dinner). They are clearly committed to providing high quality service to their guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Almond in Neve Ilan and wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service, particularly from Mahmud and Rada at the front desk. Their warm welcome and helpfulness throughout our stay truly enhanced our experience.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. The facilities are clearly well-cared for, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa area, which provided a perfect opportunity for relaxation.
Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with an excellent selection of delicious food. The restaurant staff were attentive and provided very good service.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and beautiful. The beautiful flowers and views made it very pleasant. The staff was very accommodating, because of a wedding we arrived late. Their instructions were great.

The place was full of cigarettes smoke and was very difficult to breathe. It felt like some one was living there and just left for the night for us to be there, and our kids felt scared and said that they think someone was there. We had the feeling of being watched and we’re scared someone will come in at night if we stayed there so we decided that we wouldn’t take a chance and left straight away. We were disgusted to find fruit and medicine in the fridge and frizzer.
It was a horrible experience for us and the kids and we are so sad that they had to experience that.
