I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mount Xanadu, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best resorts in Wayanad. Reception staff the lady n the guy from TN always attentive. Restaurant - Don is so smiling n at great service. Chef dishes r just yummy. The room cleaning staff are on dot they know what to do. Overall highly recommened place to stay between july to february .

An oasis of peace and tranquility in the midst of a very beautiful coffee planation in the hills of Wayanad. Ajay, our charming host, was warm, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us over evening drinks and meals, creating a wonderful community feeling amongst the guests. But we also had our own privacy if we wanted it.. The rooms were extremely well appointed, bathrooms were modern and elegant, and there was a lovely open-air eating area where the most delicious meals were prepared - breakfast, lunch, tea, snacks with drinks, dinner. All presided over by major domo Swamy, who organised everything to the highest of standards. The hotel is surrounded by tall trees, birds, monkeys, and wild life. The stay could not have been better.

I visited the Willow Resort during 1st week of Oct 2024. The property is very very isolated and remotely located from the main road (Ambalavayal). If people like such thing then it can be a positive aspect. The rooms are properly planned and built as individual cottages of two rooms together. Nice coffee plantation is there all around the property. The complementary breakfast was good both the days of our stay. There is a small swimming pool which is another good thing at the Willow Resort.

I was very disappointed with the check-in process. There was no responsible person available, no reception, and the location was poorly, making it unsafe for families. As a result, I decided not to check in.
