The location of the hotel is excellent - you get a beautiful view right from your room. Mall Road is just a short walk away, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is extremely cooperative, especially the restaurant staff (Amit) and the lady supporting him - they were always smiling and genuinely caring. The food was okay, but the rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff was prompt and helpful whenever we needed their assistance.
