We visited here as a tourist but they welcomed us as a family. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were neat and very clean . Location is a plus point which have beautiful scenic view. Food is very tasty.. Must visit here whenever you visit in Manali . Special Thanks to Baan team who was always there for us .. Friendly and safe property for Kids also. They provided us bonfire. The prop is in a great location, away from the village, where it can be busy. The property is quiet and peaceful, in a mountain location, with a lot of trees, waterfall,and birds. The kitchen is very good, with a large menu. My room was comfortable with enough space to relax, and the balcony area outside has Mountain views. The staff are very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local area. It is also a good location for hiking on the mountains.

This hotel is great value for money. Rooms are very clean, bathroom is ultra modern with hot water 24 hours. View is very good from windows Rooms service is very good. The rooms and hotel are very quiet. It is hard to get such quality at the price charged by them. Bon fire and music was very good. they served hot food in lawn near bon fire. They offered free accommodation and food to driver. The room heaters were good quality. They have lift.

First & foremost most of facilities are not available & under construction also look dirty in front of the hotel. Though there is no information on this in booking.com. They charge heavily for 4 star hotel with most of the facilities not available except bar. Family room allocated to us was very dirty with bath tubs broken & with out cleaning. Most terrible thing was our hotel room was not locked for a day as door lock was damaged & staffs initial response was poor. We had worst experience. Hotel front is also like a slum area and photos shown in booking.com and online don’t match the actual condition.
