Hopeless service. I booked for Siva inn and they allotted some lodge and they never heard of cleanness itself. How dare they can do it?? Do they value booking.com standards of even booking.com standard is only this?? There was a wardrobe and there were leftovers of the previous guests - they don't clean! Bath towel - yukkie!! So much dirty and not even washed for ages. Hopeless service, or in fact they didn't know that what service mean!! They don't care of booking.com they want money in advance! They why the heck booking.com mentioned pay at property! These all places to be blacklisted.
