It was a decent stay. The stay were friendly and kind. The beach was a short walk away. The shower worked well and the bathroom was very big. However the sheets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, the bed was very uncomfortable, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. There were no places to hang my clothes within the room itself and it was hard to figure out which switches were for what (e.g. AC, fan, outside light, inside lights). Also the AC was not too powerful.

The property is lovely and a quiet getaway from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rohan at the front desk was exceptional! We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to hire a bike while there and Rohan was able to provide us a contact who came almost immediately with a bike. Just as the pictures show, it is a simple cottage on the beach, so it’s a minimalist style wooden cottage right on the beach. However, the cleaning team is fabulous and did an amazing job keeping the place clean. Because the cleaning standards are so good, we had no mosquitoes! The water hose pipes just outside all the ground floor rooms are a thoughtful touch to help you get the sand off before you enter your room. The toilets are equipped with toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo for your use. They also provide clean towels everyday for your use in the room and separate towels to take with you to the beach. My only suggestion for improvement - the food. They do international food well. However the local delicacies like chicken cafreal and xcuti were just not right. I would suggest they either get the right chef for the local authentic food or they take it off the menu.
