Amazing place! Highly professional yoga instructor, massage therapists (Rekhilla, you are the best!) and all other staff! I loved the food as well, it was very healthy and mostly vegetarian which i appreciate, and at the same time very tasty and diverse! After just 3 days there left well rested, trained and cleansed due to the above. I’ll definitely come again for recharge and recovery!
They have a beach and great surf school just a few minutes walking away, highly recommend that too!

Ashvem is a beautiful beach located in North Goa, India.
Ashvem is a beautiful beach located in North Goa, India. It is a quieter and more laid-back alternative to the more popular beaches in the area, such as Calangute and Baga. Ashvem is known for its golden sand, clear waters, and swaying palm trees. It is also a great place for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.

The MERCURE Old Goa Retreat was beautiful, on an island, no noise, no horns blaring, no motorbikes, property uses golf carts, pool is terrific, grounds are beautiful, my room was exquisitely finished, buffet dinner was great, SPA Massage and steam excellent.
Hated Baga, dirty, noisey, crowded, crasse, will never return to Baga or Calangute
