I have filtered out the properties based on complementary breakfast and swimming pool but after booking and atthe properly got to know that breakfast is not included. Also hotel doesn't have any team for any kind of room decoration

The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very nice. The rooms provide all amenities that one might need and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was really excellent! It even has a tea bar where you can order the tea of your choice.

    The facilities were good but it was difficult to get around due to heavy traffic. While the hotel was clean the surrounding area was very dirty. It was also time consuming to visit Cerntral Delhi to see major attractions like museums, parks etc... Gurgaon in general lack enough park and green areas.

    Gurgaon is a wonderful city to visit!

    Gurgaon is a wonderful city to visit! The locals are very kind. Our favourite place was our hotel (Park Plaza Gurgaon)! We ate the best local foods at Fortis Memorial Hospital's food court, located on the 1st floor. Given we were in Gurgaon for medical tests, we spent most of our time at the clinic. The food court and food outlets at the clinic were outstanding and did not disappoint :-)! They have a lot of local foods, and a variety of veg and non-veg options. Our stay in Gurgaon was very short, but we noticed that it had super huge malls and business hubs which we were not able to visit. The only downside things for me were the dirtiness around, air pollution, bad air quality (we had our masks on all the time), and foul smells in the air. Despite this, we look forward for more Gurgaon adventures in the future, and hopefully without the need to wear masks all the time!

    Fabhotels - earlier I had stayed one in Bangalore. The common features are: 1. They are situated in residential areas, far away from restaurants. 2. They must provide tea/coffee kit in the room; morning one has to wait till 8am for a tea, as the cook has to arrive OR dress-up and walk outside in search of tea-shops.

    Very well lit and clean rooms. Rajesh and Rajesh were very friendly and extremely supportive. I stayed overnight only but very much impressed with this hotel. I’m now sure of the hotel that I am staying next time I am visiting Gurgaon. And yes, I’ve stayed in multiple VFM hotels in NCR. This one is good!

    The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.
