It was easy to communicate with the staff prior to our arrival through the Booking.com application, their responses were always prompt and timely. The cafe is open for long hours, which is highly convenient for visitors. The food was of good quality. The grounds are lovely. The area is quite peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful, they were easily able to help arrange for local transportation (auto-rickshaw or a car). They would have been able to arrange for a tour guide as well if we had wished for it.

I stayed at this property with my family and booked 3 rooms. The experience was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, as it is a new property. The staff was very polite and welcoming, especially Mr. Uma Shankar, who ensured we had a comfortable stay. His hospitality made a big difference. Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

Was very disappointed, having travelled more extensively in india we have seen much more impressive temple complexes such as the big temple in tamel nadu. There is too much hype about this place from TV and media that did not live up to the reality of the visit. Would not recommend to other travellers.

The extent of stone ruins from the Vijayanagar era is unbelievable. We would recommend having a guide at the sites where available, but also allow enough time to go around quietly by yourself as there is so much to see.
Don’t miss going out to take some photos just before sunset. Everywhere you look you will marvel.

A must visit place regardless of your faith, ethnicity and race yet who believes in SANATAN DHARMA. Historical facts, one can read on Google but to experience the history, you have to visit.
Our driver cum guide told 1 week would be nice to explore everything during our 2 days trip.

Despite being very busy (especially during Christmas), it is also a very peaceful place.
There are lots of very quiet and picturesque trails, you can just walk around and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The temples don't disappoint either.
If you are into bouldering you will love it as well.
Overall there is plenty of things to do, nature, culture, food...
Bonus: watching the sunset from the Hippie island viewpoint!

This is a spectacular World Heritage Town spanning several square kilometers. I would recommend staying in a homestay in Hampi village, adjacent to many important sights rather than a hotel in Hospet, 15 kms away or in New Hampi, which is 2-3 kms away but lacks the atmosphere of the village. Vantage points for viewing sunrise and sunset are easier to access from the village. Further, since a lot of walking is involved, having a room to rest in, close by, is useful.

The monument is great to watch.
The monument is great to watch. We can imagine 16th century arts was created with lot of creativity. Give credit to ASI for unearthing the great works of Vijaysnagara kingdom. Local govt can make lot of improvements in tourist facilities as this site is UNESCO tagged site

I had an amazing 3-day stay at Island Vibes in Hampi with my friends. The place was great, but what made it truly special were the people. Toni and Golu, who run the place, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Toni even lent me his personal bike to explore Hampi on the last day, and Golu and I enjoyed some wonderful guitar sessions at night. Despite checking out later than planned, they were very understanding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, made even better by the friendly and welcoming hosts!
Its a really good place, the owner is very polite and helpful. The food was also amazing. The best part about the stay was that it is located near all the site seeing places in Hampi. Would really recommend my friends and family to stay here if visiting Hampi. The service was also good. Clean neat rooms with big bathroom. 😊
Quiet location, relatively close to both the Hampi Ferry crossing and the sunset hill. Nice ambience in the restaurant on site. One of the most affordable places to stay in the Hampi area, which is good for travellers on a budget (like us)! ☺️ The staff are also very helpful.
