We had the best stay here at Fortune Avenue ITC, Jalandhar. Our Manager Rohit Wilson and his staff were all very professional and helpful to our family. And the check in desk on the 2nd floor was always manned by at least 2 staff and a manager to ensure good service. Both of our rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and all facilities worked well. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard. Room service was very quick and efficient. Even after the bar had closed. We had breakfast everyday at The orchid restaurant located downstairs in the hotel, the staff were the best. They catered to our every need and It was nice to see the same friendly faces every day with good conversation. We also had dinner and drinks here on 2 days and the buffet food and menu food were both prepared a high standard. Compliments to all the chefs and kitchen staff. As an NRI from the UK, I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is very well maintained and always has security outside, the location was perfect for us. It was 10-15 minutes from model town and on a main road so made getting in and out of the city very easy. We would all like to thank the staff and everyone who we interacted with. You all did a great job, so much so, that we’ve cancelled our other hotel next week to come and stay with you again. Sorry if anything or anyone was missed in this review, we will write another review after our next stay with some photos and everyone’s names included. We were also presented with a nice cake as a farewell as a surprise after breakfast. It really is a special place. Looking forward to seeing you all again next week. The Kandola Family

    Modernising slowly but still has rutted roads with no pedestrian footpaths. City is noisy with vehicle honking late into the nights. The number of cafes and restaurants has expanded. Plenty of shopping areas.

    I was on work so the hotel was perfect - close enough to my various work spots. Clean neat and tastefully decorated room, clean and neat bathroom, tastefully done restaurant upstairs, good food, situated opposite a park, all in all a very good stay. Plan to use the same hotel the next time

This city has so much to offer and is a true gem in the state. One of the standout features of Jalandhar is its warm and welcoming people. The locals are incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The city's rich cultural heritage is evident in its vibrant festivals, traditional music, and the delectable Punjabi cuisine that is a treat for the taste buds. Jalandhar is a hub for shopping enthusiasts. The bustling markets and malls offer a wide range of traditional and contemporary products. Whether it's shopping for vibrant Punjabi suits or exploring the latest in fashion, the city caters to all your shopping needs.     Summary The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location. Go to Babas chicken in model town for great food. (5-10 mins away) Staff is very friendly, from the valet outside to the front reception, the cleaners and the restaurant staff which serves food 24 hours a day. Fresh paroteh for breakfast everyday :) Large tv screen in restaurant showing news and sports if it’s on Fantastic gym right opposite with a KfC underneath Hospital is walking distance for any emergency There is a mall close by which has a cinema

    A commercial city with not many tourist places to explore. The majority of renowned brands of hotels are present in the city. The city has many shopping malls to shop from. Avoid eating at much-hyped street food outlets as the cleanliness is a serious concern and also the taste. We traveled in the personal car so getting around was easier.

    We were really pleased with our stay at the Ariston as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Rome as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful
