Countryside inn, a property with a shared lounge, is situated in Tiruvankod, 500 metres from Padmanabhapuram Palace, 34 km from Poovar Island, as well as 34 km from Poovar Backwaters.

Hosts were lovely and provided us with lunch for a small additional charge. Balcony outside room was nice and property is well located for visiting the nearby palace.

It looked a cheap accommodation, not worth of the money. We had to cut short our stay due to the poor facilities.

    The bungalow and the service were the best things about the...

    The bungalow and the service were the best things about the resort. The only dampener was the dog that was locked in a kennel. Places to visit include the amazing Adi Kesava Perumal temple at Thiruvattar which is a replica( and possibly a precursor) of the Padmanabhasway Temple in Trivandrum. The Chittaar lake which is very close to the resort and the hiking within the estate are other attractions.
