It was ideally located for our purposes, very close to the airport. The breakfast was superb. In general, the food at the restaurant was very good. Pugal at the restaurant was nice to have around. Asha at the Front Desk made our check-out process very smooth.

We never knew that the city has a long History, also with a brand that the city never sleeps. Madurai Meenakshi is the temple that was designed for the future generations long long ago. The city within the city is fully energised and we can feel the vibrations. The people are indeed blessed. For a vegetarian, the city offers excellent food. The Heritage Madurai is perhaps the best place that gives us the homely atomosphere.
The Temples of Madurai and its neighbourhoods present a thousand years of history.
Madurai must embrace the newer generations and change lifestyles to be vibrant at all times.

Wonderful temples to visit (Meenakshi Amman, Tiruparangundrum, Pazhamudhirsolai, Kal Azhagar and Koodal Azhagar). Good restaurants and great food at attractive prices. We also enjoyed visiting the St. Mary’s Cathedral, the Tirumalai Nayakkar Palace and the Samanar Hills.

Overall, my experience in Madurai was disappointing due to the high costs. Auto-rickshaw fares are unreasonably expensive, and passengers need to be extremely cautious about being overcharged. Even booking an auto through Ola doesn’t help, as drivers often demand extra money. On top of that, vegetarian food is overpriced. These issues made my time in Madurai less enjoyable.

There are great number of ancient temples and monuments in Madurai. But before taking an auto or taxi find out the distance in maps and bargain the price otherwise you may be over charged. There is no facility of clean public toilets so you have to depend on hotels. A must visit place is Saravana stores the biggest shopping mall in India where you can buy things at a moderate price.
The temples and museum are so very badly maintained without any sign board. literally we had to spend more than one hour to find out the musical pillars at the thousand pillar mantapam. No one seems to be responsible to maintain the rich cultural heritage of this great city.

I stayed in this hotel with my family when we went madurai for visiting meenakshi temple. We had a very amazing experience staying there. Manager was very humble and kind person also knew hindi. Helper boy was also very kind. Room was very spacious.
one thing i really like about it that the room had a small compartment near bathroom to be ready. bathroom was quite big. you can also order food and snacks from ur room they will provide room service. Locality was also good.
Overall we had an amazing experience. Go for it!!
Stone’s throw away from Meenakshi temple
All main eating outlets etc close by
Shopping area masi street within 10 mins
Mr Muthu is very nice pleasant and most helpful person at a hotel front desk that I have met in last 8-10 years of my travel across india and abroad
He addressed all our queries
Arranged food in the right quantity and right place for us
He event coordinated for cab for our travel within Madurai and to Rameshwaram
There is absolutely nothing negative about it.. All possible positives.. From welcome drink during check-in to wonderful rooms breakfast and dinner.. Staff cooperative and very very helpful.. We had the best of time in the hotel. Overall a very great experience and highly recommended . Happy to visit Madurai- temple city , a day tour to Rameshwaram from JC Residency.
Hotel location is excellent - close to Madurai Junction, close to some good restaurants., a 15-min walk to Meenakshi Amman Temple. Easy to get an 'Auto' as soon as you walk out to the street. Mani's Residency also operate their onw tour cab service, at very reasonable price. The staff also helped with few local area tips.
Hotel near railway station. Meenakshi temple is 10mins walk. Located in Market place. Many restaurants available. Auto stand infront hotel. One can enjoy staying here. Bed sheet and pillow cover new. Veg restaurant is available in the 2nd floor.
