Malvan is a very good tourist destination.
Malvan is a very good tourist destination. You can see here Malvan Market in Monday specially its very crowded. Sunday you can visit fish market for fresh fish. Also Rock garden Sun set & sun Rise both points are very good to see. Musical water fountain is a main attraction in Rock garden. If you like history you can visit Sindhudurg Fort who build by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Its located in Arabian sea & its taking two hours.Guest review byRedkar - Review score10.0

Ideal time to visit any coastal region of Maharashtra is between November to February when it is relatively cooler. Summers are harsh and humid plus there are power outages. otherwise it is a heaven for fish eaters, though you will get limited vegetarian options as well. The city was very clean and with very clean beaches. The Chivala beach and The Tarkarli beach were the best. The restaurants served very nicely cooked fish and prawns.
