Bad behaviour of reception staff. Asking for full advance payment without using the services. We instead to pay 70% in advance and balance at checkout, they refused to give me the room. We have to drive down back to Dehradun at the middle of night with entire family at 12 midnight. We reached dehradun very tired at 4 am. Booking.com should remove Ramada group from its app.
